January is National Slavery and Human Trafficking Prevention Month. It’s a great time to take a stand against modern slavery by making a monthly contribution to Free the Slaves through your employer.

U.S. GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES: This week is the deadline to join the Combined Federal Campaign. It’s an easy way to make automatic monthly charitable contributions to charitable causes. Many federal employees elect Free the Slaves every year, and we hope you will choose or renew your commitment to fighting modern slavery for 2021. Our CFC number is 11482.

PRIVATE SECTOR EMPLOYEES: Many private-sector workers can also make easy contributions through payroll deduction programs. And many companies double those charitable contributions through employer-match programs. Free the Slaves will receive your monthly contribution, as well as a monthly check from your company. We hope you will take a moment to learn if your employer allows charitable payroll deductions and has a matching program.

The COVID-19 pandemic is making modern slavery worse around the globe. Please help today, your support is more important than ever. Our thanks.
