Verite, a consultation firm specializing in helping businesses analyze their supply chains to ensure good labor practices, recently featured Free the Slaves on their website. Verite.org is a great place to start learning how the products we consume every day could be connected to exploitation and slavery. Free the Slaves research is cited in a few places on the site. And, our research on slavery in India’s stone quarries—as well as our documentary on the subject, ‘The Silent Revolution‘ (shown above)—is featured in Verite’s analysis of granite.
