2010 Freedom Awards and Freedom Rocks performer—and Ghanaian reggae superstar—Rocky Dawuni has been nominated for an NAACP Image Award in the category of “Outstanding World Music Album” for his record Hymns for a Rebel Soul.

Rocky rocked the house at the Freedom Awards (no pun intended). So did Jason Mraz—who so kindly called the event   a “hip, grassroots Nobel Peace Prize”—Rickie Byars Beckwith, Forrest Whitaker, Vincent Kartheiser, Sir Ken Robinson, and all the presenters and performers who came to show their passion for ending slavery in our lifetime.

If you couldn’t make it out to the Freedom Awards in person, you still have a chance to watch it in action. If you were there, you can relive the  memories! Because this Saturday at 8pm ET, Halogen TV will air the Freedom Awards. Find out more about the broadcast here!

Can you help end the conditions that cause modern slavery?
